Taaleri Real Estate is a Nordic investment and fund manager focusing on commercial and residential assets.
We aim to be the leading local partner for both international and Finnish investors who are seeking profitable returns while contributing to the shaping of future environments and communities. Our experienced in-house team manages the entire real estate value chain.
We empower what matters by making an impact. The real estate sector has one of the largest carbon footprints, accounting for approximately 35% of all CO2 emissions globally. By taking measures to reduce emissions in our investments, we can make a real difference.
Taaleri Real Estate focuses on incorporating sustainability criteria into its investments, with particular attention to energy efficiency and low-emission solutions throughout the property lifecycle.
Through our initiatives and active management approach, we aim to advance the green transition of the real estate sector and make a positive social impact.
Taaleri Real Estate has a proven track record in managing diverse real estate funds with impressive returns for investors. Taaleri Real Estate has extensive experience in structuring and establishing real estate funds. For 15 years, we have managed both closed-end and open-end real estate funds, ranging from core to opportunistic strategies. Currently, we are managing six real estate funds and three separately managed accounts.
In 2009, Taaleri was one of the first fund managers to introduce a housing fund in Finland. Our housing funds under core/core+ strategies have consistently outperformed the market, delivering an equity multiple of 1.4–2.0 and an average net IRR of close to 13%.
